what is the relationship between it and anemia as mentioned in FA:

Liver (fatty)

Also why is the liver fatty here?

Well, anemia for starters is multifactorial:
-It can be partially be macrocytic due to vit b12 and folate deficiency (from diet)
-and it also can also be partially microcytic due to *deficient Iron intake and also due to *parasitic infections in small intestine (due to the decreased immunity)
-The nice thing about this is that if you have both kinds of anemias the MCV might show up to be normal 70-90 because you have a mix of macro and microcytic anemias.

Now, Fatty liver is due to increased VLDL and decreased apoB-100 (A molecule on VLDL that allows it to leave the liver, so if deficient the VLDL will accumulate in the liver with all the TG it's carrying)
