Tetrallogy of Fallot

Most important cyanotic congenital cardiac disease in children.
Most important factor for prognosis Pulmonary Stenosis
Pilmonary Stenosis will produce RV Hypertrophy.
They also have VSD which causes deO2 blood pass directly to LV
Plus the overriding aorta comunicating from RV also pass deO2 blood to systemic circulation increasing Cyanosis.
