Default Not well explained answers to the questions in USMLE Qbanks. Anyong may help?

Hey, some answers in USMLE Qbanks did not explain very well. The follows are 14 questions that puzzle me. So far I have not been able to find the explainations to them. If you know the answer to any of them please share your knowledage. (even if you just attempt one ! It will be much appreciated)

(1) What is the difference between dural irritation and meningeal irritation? Isn't dural part of meninge?

(2) Prolactin --> ↑LH-receptor--> ↑androgen production by Leydig cell. According to this, if prolactin ultimately increases androgen level, how come prolactin also cause hypogonadism in males? Too much androgen cause male hypogonadism???

(3) What is mechanism of hypocalcemia induced papilloedema?

(4) Is there any correlation between aortic stenosis and BP?

(5) What is the mechanism of Pneumonia and small cell lung cancer induced SIADH?

(6) Does glaucoma cause central scotoma? I thought it was peripheral vision loss.

(7) Does infection cause high platelet count or low count?

(8) Why CMV causes CNS symptoms in children but only GI and RT symptoms in adults?

(9) Why atypical pneumonia most occur in children and young adults not elderlies?

(10) Why is Osteomyelitis often seen in growing boys at age 3-10?

(11) What is Mechanism of dystrophic calcification.

(12) Why MCV increases in hypothyroidism?

(13) Why they check PSA when investigating DVT?

(14) What are Tardive Congenital Syphilis' symptoms?
