Default Shigella toxins

FA says that shigella has endotoxin as a virulence factor and it says that shiga toxin is an enterotoxin which is an exotoxin protein.

So in the exam, which toxin would I pick

Your question isn't clear.

Anyways, Endotoxin is a virulence factor for all gram -ve bacteria-----> sepsis.

The exotoxin (enterotoxin in the case of shigella) is the one responsible for the bloody diarrhea (invasive)
