Default Just took my first NBME exam

Hey everyone,

I just took NBME 15 and scored a 188. My target score is a 245. I still have 11 weeks of studying before Step 1 (with med school classes for about 6 of those weeks). Can anyone tell me of how feasible this is? Also, is it normal to completely screw up your first NBME this badly? PS. I finished about 50% of uworld and my first pass of FA. I was feeling ok until I started seeing some peoples first NBME in the 210's and 220's. Thanks y'all.

Well, to get to 245 from 188 in such a short time will be a mission, but not entirely impossible. But firstly understand that it only will depend on you and your abilities and dedication. you will have to study every possible moment you have...In the bus, in the bath, while you eat....etc.!!! Use a lot of flash cards that you made on things you keep forgetting and practice them everyday.

I personally got from 196 to 242 in about 7 weeks. So...

Good luck
