Default USMLE content outline(expanded version)

The updated version of the content outline was released this past week. This contains content tested across ALL examinations. Now my question, is it just me or do all of you find the PATIENT SAFETY PART OF THE SOCIAL SCIENCES (page32) completely new! I mean i'm reading all these things FOR THE FIRST TIME though ive been preparing for about 6 months. There can be no such topics found in either Kaplan or first aid. How do you guys suggest in preparing these topics?

Heres the link for the content outline

Interesting point you got there.

Here's what I found online (don't know if you read it or not):

Hmm thanks for the post but still the person in that post doesn't specify as to how to do like a targeted preparation for these topics, like going through the publications of those organizations is really a headache. I've subscribed their emails a few days back and i can tell you, their articles/studies are so vast that you can't possibly go through everything. I guess the best way would be to google search the topics mentioned in the course outline and just know what they're all about !
