A 45 woman was relieved when the told her that the subcutaneous lump biopsy report is positive for a benign lesion.
Which of the following most likely have been reported?

A- Infiltration into surrounding tissues
B- Prominent mitotic figure
C- Encapsulation
D- Anaplasia
E- Metastasis

Yes the question seems to be talking about lipoma
Encapsulation is the strongest factor that limits spread of lipoma
so I agree with abdi, the correct answer is C
