USMLE Books 2011 Notes and FA are old!

Dear USMLE-mates,
Do you think it is safe to study from Kaplan notes & first aid, 2011 edition.
I'm asking this because i was surprised that there's 2012 edition.
Thank you,
Muhammad

FA 2012 is not out yet, you can only pre-order it.

Dont worry about it.. you definitely can use FA 2011 ...
I'm using the FA 2009, and added everything that was new in 2010 and 2011 (yeah, took me long time)..

They only re-organize some stuff, add some phrases, never a big change at all... IMO
