Kidney Check out this Nephritic syndrome biopsy

A patient with nephritic syndrome undergoes a renal biopsy, a sample of which is shown here. The characteristic finding in this biopsy represent deposits of:
A. IgG
B. Amyloid
C. Lipid
D. Mesangial matrix
E. Fibrin

The correct answer is E.
Crescents are shown in the glomerular biopsy image. These crescents are deposits of fibrin with proliferation of parietal epithelial cells of the Bowman Capsule

I can hardly figure out the crescents from the biopsy slide. Can you help point out such one substance on the figure? Thanks a lot!
