Arrow my step 1 experience 219/81

hello im an IMG currently in university with 2 years left to graduate. i did the step 1 on October 12 and have been reading this amazing forum for around 4 months now and i really want to share my experience to everyone.
ive started proper studying in june - july. i used kaplan lecture notes and videos and for pathology used rapid review for Goljan and his audio and and first aid and for qbanks i used UWORLD. For studying i was averaging around 8 hrs a day n finished everything beginning of september, and from then on i was only studying first aid and redoing some of the qs of uworld and attempted the NBMEs
NBME form 7 420 (3 weeks and half before)
NBME form 12 500 (2 weeks before)
uworld self assessment 1 530 (2 weeks before)
NBME 11 440 (1 week before)
uworld self assessment 2 540 (1 weeks before)

i was so nervous and anxious for a couple of weeks before the exam, so day before i just relaxed and chilled with the family n read for only 1 hr. exam day: i really found the exam very long than hard, n i lost concentration during the 3rd and 4th blocks, so my big advice for exam day is to always always focus n not lose concentration. i took 4 breaks, 2 long and 2 short.
in the exam they focused a lot on female GU path and micro!!
my advice for the exam READ READ READ READ READ FIRST AID!

im happy that i passed and did relatively well but i was aiming for above 222 but got this close so i guess its ok...i want IM, most ppl say this score is enough for IM but im just worried....
anyways this exam is very much doable and dont be scared! im happy to answer any qs!
compared to the old score 219 is around 95 right?! i know 220 is 96 n 230 plus is 99

Well I looked over my mistakes n then re read first aid again focusing on whatever qs I remember from form 7. Basically when I ever read first aid I learn something new or memorize something new. First aid is the key!

Ya ct n x rays are important. I got a lot of them especially brain ct scans. Also I got chest x rays and abdominal CTs. My university has a couple of documents for imaging which I used but what helped me most was the qbanks and nbmes

I forgot to mention that I did the free 150qs n got 3-5 exact qs on the real thing

Default I don't get why you post 219/81

Because 219 in 2 digits is 93.
