Default Pituitary adenoma

A patient with an MRI finding of a pituitary adenoma complains of headache and diplopia. His physical exam is significant for gynecomastia. Treatment for this type of lesion includes:
  • A. Thyrotropin
  • B. Somatotropin
  • C. Bromocriptine
  • D. Testosterone
  • E. Morphine

DA agonist, inc. DA therefore inhibiting prolactin
