Default cardio qun

can anybody pls explain,
How hemochromatosis cause dialted cardiomyopathy?I know how it can cause restrictive cardiomyopathy, but I am not able to get how it causes dilated cardiomyopathy?

I can't give you the exact answer,
I was searching for it too..
It seems to be idiopathic

Patients' initial presentation is often exertional shortness of breath as a result of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction secondary to a restrictive pathophysiology. This condition may later progress to a dilated cardiomyopathy with left ventricular systolic dysfunction
