Question Heme positive stools with medulloblastoma

A 32-year-old man undergoes elective resection of medulloblastoma. Physical exam reveals that the patient has heme-positive stools. The patient reports that his father had undergone colon resection at the age of 24, but the patient doesn’t know the reason. Which condition should the patient be screened for?
