Thumbs Up Crohn's disease

Hi guys and I'm glad I joined your community.

Just wanted to ask you:

How could there be bowel wall thickening when there is "string sign" of constricture?

What is a linear ulcer and what other types of ulcers are there?

To what do fissures develop into?

Contrast these fissures to the penetration of ulcers in peptic ulcer disease?

What are noncaseating granulomas and to what can they be contrasted to?
[I ONLY know Th1 cells turns macrophages into epitheloid histiocytes MNGCs]

Why are there noncaseating granulomas?

Can anyone also tell be how to understand the disease as there are so many wierd sites? Or is autoimmune simply "randomly" scaterred depending on the disease?
