Eye Spider veins and this eye picture

A 33-year-old pregnant woman complains of "spider veins" on her face and lower extremities. On examination, you note that these lesions are small, dilated, blanching blood vessels. An image of one such vessel in her eye is shown here.

What is the diagnosis?

A. Kaposi sarcoma
B. Angiosarcoma
C. Capillary hemangioma
D. Spider telangiectasia
E. Cavernous hemangioma
