Question Autosomal dominant collagen disorder and heart lesion

A 29-year-old female with an autosomal dominant collagen disorder is seen in clinic for skin bruises which do not appear to be healing. On exam, you notice several bruises of different colors. An unusual physical exam finding in this patient is shown in the image. An echocardiogram will likely reveal:

A. Mitral valve stenosis
B. Aortic valve steonsis
C. Aortic valve regurg
D. Mitral valve prolapse
E. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
