Default Do I need to read distractors?

Hi friend.
I have question to people, who already passed exam.
Now I do UW.
I noted, that when I read answers I spend 30-40% of time to read right answer to question and about 60-70% of time to read explanations to distractors.
Should I at all read explanations to distractors or not?
Thank you!!!

It depends on what's the distractor.

If it is an important high yield topic, then yes read it. But if it is about some weird rare syndrome then just skip it.
