Question Parotic gland tumors Q?

Biopsy of parotid gland from a 65-year-old heavy smoker patient with painless, slow-growing swelling of parotid gland since 2 years ago revealed cystic spaces lined by double-layered eosinophilic epithelium embedded in lymphoid stroma (figure below). What is the most likely diagnosis?

A) sebaceous lymphadenoma
B) Warthin tumor
C) Adenoid cystic carcinoma
D) Oncocytoma
E) Pleomorphic adenoma
F) Ranula

Its etiology is unknown, but there is a strong association with cigarette smoking. Smokers are at 8 times greater risk of developing Warthin's tumor than the general population
