Question lump in breast

A 36-year old woman presents to her primary care provider concerned about a new lump in her breast. A biopsy is performed, and the pathology report shows pleomorphic ductal cells surrounding a necrotic middle area. No infiltration is noted. The physician is most likely to inform the woman that she has what breast condition?
  • A. Inflammatory carcinoma
  • B. Comedocarcinoma
  • C. Apocrine metaplasia
  • D. Paget's disease of the nipple
  • E. Intraductal papilloma
