can step 1 be done in 4 months.........I can give about 10 hours per day?

when i started my preparation my friend told me,,,try to study 6 to 8 hrs daily, if u study for 10 hrs,,'tou tu janwar ha"
and what i realize nobody can study for 10 hrs for 4 months consecutively, ,
