An 18-year-old woman has fever, rash, arthritis, and nephritis. Antinuclear antibody and
anti-native DNA antibody tests are strongly positive. Immuno-pathologic examination of a renal biopsy specimen will most likely show which of the following on the glomerular basement membrane?

if ANA test is positive so its a case of SLE and there is nephritis so there is immunocomplexes already formed in the kidney so there will be IgG & c3 will be present , not sure about fibrinogen so its E or D
