Unhappy Help with notes!!

Hi everyone

I'm really confuse, when you say that is good to take notes, are you referring to add more thing of any theme that is not complete on the FA or to add new themes that aren't in the FA???

for example in the part that speaks about sleeps disorders, I have to do notes about the ones that are in the FA or add for example sleep apnea that is not included in that section???

Thanks

Notes (usually from Qbanks like Uworld) are facts that are either not in FA or if they are not clear in FA. Always write down the things you may be weak in. It's going to take time, but it's well worth it.

keep writing and writing. I find that simply the act of writing something down helps it to stick.

ok, the problem is this

should I do notes for things that are not in FA or only for the thing that are in FA.

for example let's said that sleep apnea is not in FA, should I do a note for sleep apnea??
