Drug The effect of an Anti-Androgen Anti-Aldosterone Drug!

A mother brings in her 16-year-old daughter for a second opinion regarding her diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome. On examination she is noted to have hirsutism. You recommend a drug, which is an anti-androgen as well as an inhibitor of aldosterone. A laboratory measurement will show a decrease in which of the following values?

A. Calcium
B. Potassium
C. Magnesium
D. Phosphate
E. PH

spironalctone inhibit aldosteron so no reabsorption of na and water and no secretion of k and H

so spironalcton cause increase k and H so decrease ph

E. No aldosterone function means no H secretion leading to H back up in body which results in pH decreases.

why cannot the answer be sodium, further still dont get it why ph decreases
