Hey s.jiberan! I am an international med student currently in 4th year and I am taking the exam in 2 weeks. So I can tell you what I would have done in retrospective from today:

I would have read FA along my med.studies. It gives u a nice overview about every subject and you get a general idea about how deep USMLE exam can be.
Then depending on how much time you have , I would read USMLE oriented textbooks. Maybe literature that is recommended in the back of the FA.
Then again this depends about how you wanna prepare for the exam, to me it just seemed that my med.school did not cover all the USMLE material in the first three years, and I guess in would have been easier to prepare now if I had read about this stuff earlier. Never mind I hope it is still going to work out well
Like for exemple u could use Goljan RR for patho, which is USMLE oriented or a recommended Microbio book when u discuss this at uni (like Microbio made ridiculously simple). I hope this helps! Good luck!
