Clock Breaks during Step 1 Exam

Hi. I'm preparing to give my Step 1 in December and doing my last bit of revisions. I'm actually trying to figure out how to use the breaks in between. Is it alright if I take like 5 to 7 mins break after every block and a little longer one for lunch midway through the exam? I just want to have a little break after each block to avoid burnout. Can anyone advise me how I should use the breaks?

Also can anyone walk me through the exam proceedings as I don't want to be too unfamiliar with them at exam day? Thanks.

for me in step 2 was 8 blocks (9 hours)
if u skip directly u will have one hour
idont advise u from start to have 2 blocks togather

so u can have 6 breaks in 1 hour each 10 min
but if u feel u can do 2 blocks togather u will have 20 min lunch rest

for breaks drinks cofee (there is a coffe machine ) and if u didnt drink b4 energy drink like red bull dont try it in the exam like i did use 1st time red bull and end with weeting and tachycardia and losing concentrate in blocks 4 i lose 5 questions

eat banana or jam sandwich or choclaate bar dont eat to much sugur so that u will not have insulin crush good luck
