Hey zohaib, its about people who are exposed to nitro in their work are and during the week they develop a kind of tolerance. Then after the weekend where they have no contact with nitro they go back to work, and the nitro effect comes. Since they are not used to it anymore the body has a contrareaction: Tachycardia, dizziness and headache. Hope it helps!

great response. Another question could be, what kind of work, exposes you to nitro?

nitrates are used to make fertilizers,,,nitrates are also components of explosives,,,so may be terrorists get monday disease . .
