Search Plateaued at 230s on the NBMEs. HELP!

Hi,
My exam is in 15 days at this moment, and I have stuck a plateau on my scores in the NBMEs and UWSAs. I was going really strong before, and had relatively unproductive last two weeks. I am starting to panic as I wanted a better score than a 230. Any advice on how I can improve this? Also, please give your opinion on whether or not I should postpone my test by a week or so. I am quite exhausted mentally, but the idea of appearing for the actual exam with a 230 on my back, esp after the effort I have put into this exam, does not let me sleep.
Here is my timeline-
March 30 - NBME 13 - 230
April 20 - NBME 15 - 230
May 10 - UWSA 2 - 228
I solved weekly NBMEs offline, and scored between 55-70% always. This is an especially long plateau.

I am so frustrated that I considered being tutored by Alec of the Yousmle, but it is wayyyyy too expensive. What are your thoughts about my this last ditch effort?
Thanks in advance. You all are doing a really good job of helping one another, it's very noble and speaks volumes about how nice you are as people. Cheers!

same here mrunal , im also stuck at 230 , but anu who scored very well told me that - we need to identify, wether its memory or concept problem, mine was total memory problem, couldnt recall, so REPEAT is the key . u have to figure out where ur lacking n work on ur weak areas- weak subjects .

GL, i hope u do well

I don't think a week postponement will make a difference. You've been stuck at this plateau for some time and I don't think a week can change that unless you make some major changes.

As noted above, you have to figure out what the underlying problem is and address it. There may not be one and this is just where you're going to score -- remember that 228 is the average so you're already score higher than most people who take this exam!

My gut feeling is that your test taking strategy could use some refinement, though this is just speculation. Given the length of your plateau, you may just be approaching questions in a flawed manner that is preventing you from getting to that next level.

I did introspect, and turns out I have memory recall issues. Also, you are right. I get exhausted at the end of a block and don't really last it out. Thanks a lot, will try improving on these. Thank you, YoungDoc
