Warning! Rescheduling or Cancel+Scheduling

Hi!
I am confused about something. I have extended my eligibility period and from the forums I have learned that before taking a new date I have to cancel my appointment date before.
Is that the same for rescheduling too?
For example my eligibility period is November December january. I have got a date for 20th November. But i decided to change my date to 25th December. Do i still have to cancel my date before i get a new one. Or I just reschedule it to 25th December without cancelling it first.
Please help me :sorry::sorry: because I have reschedule my date before without cancelling and that day has past. Did I lose my exam chance?

i am confused because i have extended my eligibility period sep oct nov to dec jan feb. but just before extending it i have reschedule my exam which was on oct to nov. after that i have extended my period to dec jan feb. while looking for how to do it in forums i have learned that i have to cancel my date before so i won't loose my step chance if i don't show up that day. is that the same for the changes in the same eligibility period too? because i have done it before and i didn't show up that day. did i loose my chance?

i will summarize what i did so far.
I got my scheduling permit for sept.-oct-nov on June22th. I have schedule a date for oct 20th that day. then i rescheduled it to nov 24th on july 24th. but i realized that that day wasnt suitable for me and few minutes later i rescheduled it to nov 17th.
after i have extended my period to dec-jan-feb. i have canceled my scheduled date which was nov 17th and then scheduled a new one to 27dec. is everything fine so far? anything wrong??

Default call prometric

everything seems ok whatever you have done till now.. but whenever in doubt.. just call your local prometric they'll confirm your appointment and you're good to go...
but remember schedule/reschedule only if you need to.. don't postpone the exam too much.. i did and i suffered.. my assessment scores improved by just 1 point for one month period i extended my eligibility.
