Default Clinical Electives For IMGs

Hello,

I'm a resident of India currently pursuing my internship.
I would like to apply for a clinical elective in the field of Paediatrics/Psychiatry/Gynaecology.

I have not given any of the steps of USMLE or appeared for TOEFL.

If anyone could please shed some light on the application procedure for the same and which hospitals or institutes are more likely to accept international graduates.

Thank you!
