Default Question for you guys to try!

Once a patient has died and you find a clot in the coronary artery, how do you know if that clot was formed before death or after?

(I have the answer, private message me for the correct answer)

Another difference is the blood vessel attatchment, post-mortem clots arent attatched to vessels. Can someone tell whats the composition of a post mortem clot? I mean i know that clots in a live individual are made of
fibrin plus RBCs (lines of zahn)
But what about post mortem?

Key Difference in their composition is:

post martum clot lacks platelets, while the clot formed before death has it.
