Default question about acute tubular necrosis

After the recovery phase of Acute tubular necrosis is the histology of the kidney normal due to re-epitheliazation/healing of the tubules? I remember seeing a question asking about this and I can't seem to find it now. Thanks!

ya its normal because the tubules have high healing capacity. You can also find hypokalemia in recovery phase.
