Kids Why do pediatricians ask about temperature of water heater?

A mother took 1 yr old baby boy for a well baby checkup. at the end of checkup doctor asked her if she knew the temp of her water heater, she said she doesn't & asked why should she know. the pediatrician has asked her so b/c;
A: the baby can get afraid of hot water.
B: baby can get burnt
C: this will help mother bath him frequently, & help in mother child bonding
D: his skin can get macerated
E: this will help them conserve energy

I replied B, b/c at 1yr most kids start walking & can get burnt while playing with water unattended.
C, its too late for bonding, so no. A,D,E seem unlikely.
whats everyone else view.

I will also go for B, because baby is too young to tell about the water is hot, and can have a burn due to hot water.
