Anatomy Popliteal fossa lymphatic drainage!

21 yr old man bitten by a stray cat. despite appropriate wound care, the wound becomes erythematous and swollen five days later. The patient ignores the signs of infection, until he develops a swollen and tender lymph node in his popliteal fossa. An infected skin lesion in which of the following sites would most likely induce lymphadenopathy in this region?

a- lateral side of dorsum of foot
b- lateral side of thigh
c- medial side of leg below the knee
d- medial side of sole of foot
e- medial side of thigh
