Stuck with nbme score of 200.. How to get 230 in 2 months?? Please replyy

No easy plan without knowing you better. At 200, you likely have more than 1 major knowledge deficit to overcome. It's totally doable, but two months will require a great deal of effort.

I would look at something like Pathoma if Pathology is a weak point (and even if it isn't). Obviously First Aid and UWorld are key as well. Those resources always get lumped together and are becoming known simply as "UFAP." I think they are all solid and definitely a great starting place.

I would do two hardcore weeks with those sources and take another NBME to see how you're improving. You may also need some targeted work in weak areas, so if one or more of your bars from the NBME were VERY low, then you need some extra time in that area.

What NBME did you take and also what is your UWorld 1st time through Percentage?? (cumulative performance)


Are you scoring above average on your Uworld blocks?

On second read of uw i scored around 75%..was expecting atleast 220 in nbme

What about on your first read ?? Was it above or below 50%?

when you say 2 hardcore weeks of FA and UW what do you mean ?? i know few people do manage to go through FA in that little time but seriously is it like just quickly skimming through pages and going for an nbme ??

im confused whens the right time to take an nbme
