Question Woman with right lower quadrant pain

22 woman with diffuse abdominal pain, physical examination: rebound tenderness in right lower quadrant, she ate potato salad at party 3 days ago

What is the next step in management?
A: emergent appendectomy
B: peptic ulcer triple therapy
c: serum lipase
D: serum B-HCG
E: stool culture

Its A appendicitis can result in spontaneous perotinitis n it requures emergency treatment !
