Listening The best way of using Flashcards in USMLE Prep

Hey guys... I have a question. What's the best way of using flashcards while going through a topic? Right now I am doing microbiology (A tough topic for me), and I would like to complement my study using some flashcards that I found on "Quizlet" but I just don't know what would be the best approach to use them.

Any suggestion...

Thank you~~~
