Virus Brain Virus with myoclonus

7 yr male immigrant 2 usa c/f ataxia, myoclonus and visual prob. brain tissue shows rna virus containing hemaglutinin in its capsid wen cultured .diagnosis:

A. general paresis
B. pml
C. multiple sclerosis
D. gbs
E. creuztfeldt jakob disease
F. subacute sclerosing panencephalitis

Its Rubeola. Some of the paramyxovirus contain NA and HA. so F

Its F subacute sclerosing panencephalitis due to some starins of measles virus and this rubeola(measles cirus) (m protein containing strains)

ans is F ....

its hypothesized caused by measles virus lacking M protein as serum shows antibodies against measles virus bt no antibody against M protein...
