USMLEWorld How go faster with USMLE World?

as an average how many hours spent on uworld
as I spend the whole day in 1 block and dont know how to make it faster

It depends on your background.

Students who have read many books and did many questions and then they come to UW, they finish 3 blocks per day.

Students who have not read anything and they just started with UW without reading anything else thinking that UW is the magic, they usually spend the whole with a half a block and they don't usually learn much.

So which type of student you are?

Have you tried thoroughly reading the explanations to the questions you got wrong and just reading the explanation to the questions you have marked till the point of where you have just grasped the concept? It might help somewhat.
