Help Moving to new subject forgetting the previous subject

My 2nd reading is going on with Kaplan notes, DVDs, qbank, and FA (remaining subjects are pharma, micro/imuno and behavior)
after that I will go thru 3rd reading...
after completion of each subject with DVDs i got 70 or 80% in qbank but when I go with other subject I forget previous subject that's why am so worried. what I do for that?
My exam triad Feb-april..now am worried about that how I will reach to my target?

Its same with me. When I'm in the subject, if I do related questions, I get around 80% or above. But when I do the mixed block, I only get 70%. And I find it difficult to recall in a way that, I know the answer but it just doesn't come up in time. So I guess more revision is the only way. I revise the questions I was wrong, and I feel like... Oh ya I knew that.
And also some questions in Qbook are not set to be appropriate 1 min real USMLE questions. So I guess if u find yourself going through a particular questions for a long time, you should not be discouraged. I feel this way because while I was doing USMLE sample questions program I had 15-20mins time remaining in some blocks.
