Listening I found NBME 3 very difficult?

Did anyone find NBME difficult to answer? And some questions were very random and not even in the first aid for example the contaminant removing from a fluid of 0.4 u filter?

Does this mean i'm screwed for the exam and I'm really weak in preparation?

Thumbs Up hi

first aid is for quick revision not for study.
the answer is given in kaplan and anyways just logically the biggest particle in that que is staph or the bacteria. that's what i found about usmle they try to trick you in thinking something else and all the while the answer could be found by logic and little bit of knowledge. most importantly have to be a bit confident.
best of luck for the preparation.
