Stats Calculating the carrier frequency in a population!

Cystic fibrosis is an autosomal recessive disease, if the incidence of disease in white population is 1/2500, then which of the following is appropriate carrier frequency of this Mendelian trait in this population ???????

a) 1/12
b) 1/25
c) 1/50
d) 1/125
e) 1/625

Please reply with explanation?

1/25 as q squared is 1/2500 so q will be 1/50 and 2pq assuming p=1 is 1/25.
Am i correct

In Q,we have to find the heterozygote prevalence 2pq.

It is the prevalence of disease.
