Idea! Hello everyone

I'm seeing very mixed approaches in terms of preparation for Step 1, and to be honest, its very daunting to choose the appropriate one for myself.
My question is, is it absolutely mandatory to read each Kaplan Lecture Notes book from start to finish or can I use them sporadicly and according to each topic as I go through the QBank and FA?

Thanks in advance for any insight!

I think Kaplan is overrated. You should try to go for other review books. Rapid Review pathology and pathoma are great for pathology.

Default Hello👀

I think you should read complete First Aid basic science books along with bank questions after each subject it might help you a lot. Sometimes we read and read for hours and at the end of the day you realize you don't remember anything.... Read and ask yourself questions, write notes... That's my personal advice.. :-)

Im using Rapid Review Pathology alongside with FA and QBank right now. Doing questions, then reviewing each question with FA and RRP for their respective sections.
