Form Which ECFMG Forms have to be signed by med school official!

after payment of the fee i got form 186 ..
now i have to fill 186 get my principals signature
stamp on only 186 form or all forms have to be attested by the principal...
photocopy of the diploma is to be attested or not..
form 344/345 need to be attested or ...just i have to sign and send....

or is it only one form ie 186 which is to be countersigned by principal and no other forms attested...am i right

somebody please reply at the earliest

i think no one has replied because it is a bit difficult to understand what you have written.
from what i know your school official should sign form 186 and mail it directly to ecfmg, it must not be mailed to ecfmg by you! if you are not in your home country then the form 186 has to be signed by a notary public before you mail it to your school
i guess you are asking if the school should also mail the forms 344/345, i mailed both these forms to ecfmg myself

only form 186 signed by principal and all other form 344 345 187 signed by u and enter all details in it. Than sealed all documents in medical college envelop and sent it to ecfmg.
