CT Scan Right/Left Disorientation in Brain CTs!

Actually I have right left disorientation when it comes to brain,,so is lesion given in this CT is on the right side or on left side?

Imagine you looking at the patient from bottom....so lesion s on left side!!!

what's icsol?
it's solid tumor,not a bleed
