Default exam en 3 days, need any kind of advice

Dears, USLMELERS!
my exam date is on 11 june. i am begining to feel anxious
i have done well on NBME´s , UWSA, and kaplan qbank and uworld. (maybe not well, i would rather say decent )
at the moment i am just reading my notes and trying to keep calm
but i can not.. i will take 1 kap full simulation test and NBME 11 or 12 (have done the others...) so... i dont know what think i have been feeling weird those days... uncofident, and all my dermatitis problems flare this week ( i think is because i am anxious ), anyway it would be good to have your words of wise (specially those who already took exam). also time management, snack, what to wear ( i think optimize every aspect to feel confortable is important
nothing else to say...

Don't even worry about it , many people view posts and can't even take a second to give simple advice but everyone wants to know what kinds of questions you encountered , how many on this or that...
I took mine on 5/29/15, still waiting for the score. But I can tell you the most important thing is to sleep well the night before , I went to bed at 10 and had some tea before bedtime. That morning I had some coffee and went in. I was not hungry at all during the exam, but took some nuts, a banana , 2 red bulls, a sandwich...I took a break every 2 blocks and one before the last one. I had a banana before my last block and I was real awake for that one...in fact it was one of my best I am sure.
You will start getting tired by #4, it was the worse for me, but I took a 10 min break before the 5th. Try to wear comfortable clothes, nothing specific though I can recommend, I wore jeans and a shirt. It's hard to say but STAY CALM...you did all you could so leave it in God's hands and answer without tension.

Correct Answer Good luck!

Good luck in your exam. Go confident and sure you know your stuff and did the best you can.
- Where something light like T-shirt and pants without pockets as every time you comeback from a break. they check your arms, legs, glasses (if you have), Jacket and any pocket you might have.
- Bring a jacket since most of the time is really cold, if you get hot ( you have to put it in your locker in your break. You can't take it while on testing.
- For food, bring a sandwich for lunch and some nuts like peanuts, almosts trail mix with chocolates (If not allergic) for a protein/energy snack, or a protein bar.
- For drinks, bring water, and something with caffeine like coke, Mountain dew or redbull in case you get tired.
- For medicines, bring some pepto (just in case), ibuprofen ( for headaches) (I used both believe it or not)
- If you normally drink coffee in the morning, keep everything the same so get your breakfast and coffee as always.
- For the breaks, everyone does it differently depending how long you can go without a break and how you feel.
- I checked my headphones for sound, and skipped the tutorial (if you already did it at home) then I did 5 min between first 3 blocks, 10- 15 lunch, then 5-6 continued and last 7 min before left for before the last block. ( I wished I did my 2nd and 3rd continued and leave more break time for the afternoon blocks since I was tired after 5th block).
- Make sure you get there early so you can check how long it takes to go to the bathroom from the testing area. (have that time in consideration)
- After you finish, DO SOMETHING....GO EAT, CELEBRATE AND BE HAPPY!!!! because just taking this Step, you have accomplished so much!!!
- Don't worry and be happy.....there is nothing you can do to change the score.....so RELAX and be PATIENT....
