Show Teeth [B]Immunology question!!![/B]

If C3b protein(of complement system) can stimulate B-cell, how it will choose what B cell exactly to stimulate(Each B cell while activated produce specific antigen right?)

I want to learn from where exactly did you get this info that c3b can stimulate b-cells

I want to learn that too please.
At the end of the first read of immunology, all I know about C3b is that it plays a role in Opsonization (enhancement of phagocytosis).

Well.. What score are you aiming for? If 230-250, my advise would be not to waste your time on such low yield stuff. However, if 260, then it's a different thing.
I have seen some of the videos of Dr. Najeeb for neuroanatomy and trust me, although his explanations are extraordinary, he gives a lot of extra chunk of info that's not important or very low yield for USMLE.
That's only my opinion. Decision is yours.
