Thumbs Up Lymph node drainage? Let's make a list!!!!

Hey guys

Wanted to come up with a good list of lymphatic drainage of various organs and parts of the body...

I know FA has a list but doesn't include everything and have trouble when coming across UWORLD Qs

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADD TO THIS LIST SO WE CAN CREATE A COMPLETE LIST OF LYMPH NODE DRAINAGE AND HELP EACH OTHER OUT!

UMBILICUS TO FEET - SUPERFICIAL INGUINAL N.

EXTERNAL GENITALIA ANUS RECTUM up to DENTATE LINE - POSTERIOR CALF M. POLITEAL N.

TESTES - PARA AORTIC/LUMBAR

SCROTUM - SUPERIFICAL INGUINAL
PENIS

PROSTATE - INTERNAL ILIAC

BLADDER
TOP BLADDER - EXTERNAL ILIAC
BOTTOM BLADDER - INTERNAL ILIAC

COLON
SIGMOID COLON - INFERIOR MESENTERIC

Lymph Drainage
Cervical Lymph Node drains Head and Neck
Hilar Lymph Node drains Lungs
Mediastinal Lymph Node drains Trachea and Esophagus
Axillary Lymph Node drains Upper limb, Breast, and skin above umbilicus
Celiac Lymph Node drains Liver, Stomach, Spleen, Pancreas, and Upper Duodenum
Superior Mesenteric Lymph Node drains Lower Duodenum, Jejunum, Ileum, and Colon to Splenic Flexure
Inferior Mesenteric Lymph Node drains Colon from Splenic Flexure to Upper Rectum
Internal Iliac Lymph Node drains Lower Rectum to Anal Canal (above Pectinate Line), Bladder, Vagina (middle third), Prostate
Para-aortic Lymph Node drains Testes, Ovaries, Kidneys, and Uterus
Superficial Inguinal Lymph Node drains Anal Canal (below Pectinate Line), skin below umbilicus (except Popliteal territory)
Popliteal Lymph Node drains Dorsolateral foot and Posterior Calf
MAIN DRAINAGE
Right Lymphatic Duct drains right side of body above diaphragm
Thoracic Duct drains everything else into junction of left subclavian and internal jugular veins.
