yes i had the same problem and it restarts exactly where it gets disconnected.

what happens to clock?
and have you done Standard Paced?

i mean to says what happens to remaining time to perform test?is it paused?

Yes i did it in standard paced mode.
Once there is a disconnection u wont be able to go to next question and the clock stops in the time intervening between the questions.
Just close the test browser and connect to the internet click on the form in your nbme account and u will start exactly at the same question no. and time as u left.
