Default causes of Alzheimer disease, Help

pathoma says: Apolipoprotein:- ApoE2 decrease risk and ApoE4 increase risk are among the sporadic(majority 85%) causes.

FA 2015 says ApoE2 and ApoE4(decrease and increase risk, respectively) are among the familial causes(10%)

which is right?

In kaplan it says that all three i.e. ApoE4, Down's and presenilin genes cause autosomal dominant Alzheimers. So i think all 3 are familial.
