Question Is the real exam as twisted as NBME 12

Took NBME 12... Felt it was really very hard. I scored 610/247
Wasn't sure about lot of questions...is the actual exam also this twisted?

Hey rsin21, this is a really good score so first of all be happy
The exam has twisted questions as well, but it is really doable. So with this good score on the NBME I am sure u will be fine. When are u taking the exam?

I felt NBME 12 was fairly easy, only a few "strange" questions, but I got lower than you - 590/242. I felt the real exam was very very similar in difficulty, perhaps even a tiny bit easier. Also got 1-2 questions that were almost verbatim from NBME 12 and some other questions from other NBMEs (can't remember which forms but I also did 6, 7 and 11)

Still waiting for my real score
